CropForge focuses on farm machinery, tractor attachments, agricultural tools, livestock equipment, and replacement components. Please check each product listing carefully to confirm exactly what is included, as tractors, vehicles, batteries, hoses, mounting hardware, or accessories shown in photographs may be sold separately.

Some products may arrive fully assembled, while others may require partial assembly, professional installation, adjustment, lubrication, or additional hardware. Assembly requirements vary by product. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use a qualified technician when installation involves hydraulic, electrical, PTO, structural, or safety-critical components.

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take some time to update after the shipping carrier receives the package. If you have not received an update, contact us with your order number at fawoldwariop@gmail.com.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun. Orders that have already shipped may need to follow the applicable return process.

Products may be stored or shipped from different locations, so an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Each available shipment may receive its own tracking information. Separate delivery does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.

Contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved. Do not install, operate, modify, or discard a damaged or incorrect product before receiving instructions from us.

Products that have been installed, used, fueled, altered, damaged, or assembled may not qualify for return. Customers should verify compatibility and specifications before purchasing.

CropForge does not provide additional warranties unless expressly stated in writing. Normal wear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, and incompatible use may not be covered.
