Products may be stored or shipped from different locations, so an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Each available shipment may receive its own tracking information. Separate delivery does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.

Keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved. Do not install, operate, modify, or discard a damaged or incorrect product before receiving instructions from us.

Products that have been installed, used, fueled, altered, damaged, or assembled may not qualify for return. Customers should verify compatibility and specifications before purchasing.
